Within 24 hours of invoicing, you’ll receive your Sparkle Report.

Your points build naturally as part of your normal routine.
🌟. Sparkle Points stay active for 60 days.
They’re meant to be used regularly, not stored long-term.
🌟. You can use Sparkle Points during your scheduled appointments.
Points are added onto a paid visit — no extra booking required.
🌟. How many Sparkle Points you can use depends on the length of your appointment:
➡️ Appointments under 5 hours: You may use 1 Sparkle Point
➡️ Appointments 5 hours or more: You may use up to 2 Sparkle Points
This keeps your schedule balanced and ensures I have enough time to complete both the regular cleaning and the extra tasks you’re redeeming points for.

Your hourly cleaning rate is locked in from the day you join — no rate hikes, no surprises. Plus, you get access to services other clients never see.
A. Credits expire after 60 days.
That’s plenty of time to use them for tasks that take longer to execute (like grout cleaning or yard work, or specialty tasks).
If you go 60 days without a service, you lose your spot in the Sparkle Program.
Since it’s capped at 12 clients, that spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
If you rejoin later, you’ll come in at the current available rate and start fresh with new credits.
